Nástio Mosquito

Nelo Teixeira (1975, Angola) studied at UNAP – União dos Artistas Plásticos Angolanos (Union of Angolan Visual Artists), where he trained in painting and sculpture, while also developing skills in carpentry and set design. With a diverse portfolio, he is known for prominently incorporating color into his works, which vary in scale. He views his practice as a personal observatory, deeply attuned to the evolution of contemporary society and the changes within social dynamics. As he puts it, "I want my work to resonate like B.B.
